Teachings and meditation in a silent retreat setting. Led by Lama Sumati Marut, Lindsay Crouse, Rick Blue and Cindy Lee.
In this complex, frightening time, each day we're anxious scared, and tense. We worry that our fears will hurt our health, and run in circles looking for relief. There's just no place to rest.
These five days are tailor-made for this. Being silent is an act of kindness to yourself, and meditation is a place to rest. But finding peace is not for you alone. Above all it can be a way to live.
