Description
Do you have achy feet, knees, hips or back? The fascia in your feet and lower legs is probably tight and pulling on your legs, hips and back, thus becoming a major part of your pain. In this class, participants will learn massage strokes and sounds and stretches that will open your feet and release restrictions that impact your body. Our feet carry us around all day bearing the weight of our bodies in shoes that don't allow the feet to function at their best. Give your feet a treat for the holidays by learning these simple stretches and massage techniques. Come dressed in loose clothing and bring a mat to sit on.
