Connie has a great attitude and brings terrific energy to her spin class. It begins Saturday at 8:30 am and it will be a fun filled hour of racing sprints and monster climbs to some heart thumping beats. Sign up for the Meetup to get your free pass or talk to Kirk or Connie 15 minutes before the class will begin. If you can't make that class. You can always attend the early bird rides during the week at 6 A.M. M-F or Saturday at 8:30 A.M.(the other Saturdays of the month). To print out your free pass go to special offers tab.
