This property was most recently used as a well known local Sports Pub and still has all of the equipment in place for the restaurant and beer/wine bar.
We will be offering the real estate first with the equipment and fixtures sold separately. This way if our Real estate buyer wants to use the property as is, they can then purchase some of the equipment the same day by bidding along with the other bidders.
We will be setting up an online bidding catalog here soon and will be adding a Property Information Profile that will include valuable information on the property and the area to help you decide how you would like to bid.
