Join us for a 60 minute workout, all with your baby in tow. We focus on cardiovascular and strength exercises, using the stroller, exercise tubing (provided) and the environment. Stroller Strides is the perfect exercise for all levels of fitness, from beginner to expert. You provide the intensity, we provide the fun! Best of all, you'll meet lots of other Buffalo Grove area moms, all while getting in shape. Stroller Strides also offers free playgroups, mom's night out, and more! Your first class is FREE, so come out and join us any Tuesday or Thursday at 9am!
On the MySpace bulletin board page click "Post Bulletin".
