Creativity Expert Exchange

It's the same great conference with a new name. Expert-2-Expert is now the Creativity Expert Exchange (CEE). The International Center for Studies in Creativity is proud to again offer for our community this dynamic conference experience. CEE serves as a vehicle to involve alumni, students, faculty and other creativity experts in a vibrant community dedicated to supporting one another's learning and practice. The conference consists of a variety of workshops as well as social events to provide ample opportunity to reconnect with friends and colleagues, be reenergized by the exciting advances of our community, and feel refreshed by the creative, supportive environment that defines the ICSC experience.

We were thrilled with our 2011 conference to have nearly 100 participants come or return to the Buffalo State College campus to reconnect with the ICSC. We were pleased with the feedback we received and have taken your thoughts and comments into consideration as we continue to create an energizing experience for 2012. This year we will continue to feature:

• The CEE Opening Ceremony: A business -formal dinner featuring ample time to mix and mingle. Our Keynote presentation will take place as well as an interactive participatory conference kick-off activity.
• Conference Orientation: For new participants or those who would prefer a guided experience through CEE, this will take place just prior to the Opening Ceremony.
• Master Classes: Deep dive experiences provided by an array of invited speakers representing a variety of cutting edge topics from the field.
• The New Experts Night: The students become the teacher as conference participants interact with the current student body of the ICSC to share in their latest research and discoveries.
• Tastes of Creativity: And evening of innovative sharing, share your ideas or learn something new in a fast paced, interactive environment.
• Faculty Features: See what the faculty have been up to lately! Select faculty will discuss current research and new ideas.

The Creativity Expert Exchange will take place from Sunday, May 13 through Wednesday, May 16 on the Buffalo State College campus. We invite our alumni, students, faculty and friends to submit proposals for 90 minute sessions.

We are currently developing a separate website for the CEE Conference. We will debut the address shortly. The website will be regularly updated as presenters are added and other events and conference features are confirmed.
