Join Nedra Bashira of Cnn Fit Nation, and creator of "Better back by Bellydance" and burn up to 700 calories an hour! we will review basic technique and work with props such as veil and cane! dress to dance and bring a bottle of water. students will have opportunities to perform in upcoming shows in the community and on local television.
