This month we are beginning to read the first two chapters of The China Study. At December meetup, we'll begin to discuss the book. If you don't have time to read or are just joining, its no problem, just come and hang out and discuss with us - this is not a class, think of it as a chance for us to learn together and share ideas. As always it will be comfortable environment to learn vegan cooking and nutrition tips, ask questions, and share ideas on the vegan lifestyle. You can also snack on some vegan appetizers and feel free to order a meal as we meet. Please feel welcome to try it out!
