Description
Come deepen your appreciation of community as you are led through a vinyasa practice that focuses on the strength in unity, charity & generosity. The class will be followed by a brief meditation and discussion period, all of which wraps up by 5:30pm. This class is donation-based. Community Yoga is offered every Friday, and is led by Shakti's teachers-in-training.
On the MySpace bulletin board page click "Post Bulletin".
