Savor the progression of flavors from mild to strong, starting at 6:30 p.m.
On the menu:
Crimini Mushrooms--Crimini mushrooms stuffed with garlic, shallots, and crab meat wrapped in puff pastry. Served with a Chardonnay Cream dipping sauce.
Enoki Mushroom Salad--Baby field greens tossed with toasted garlic chips, green onions, enoki mushrooms and parmesan cheese. Topped with a raspberry, walnut vinaigrette.
Oyster Mushrooms--Seared scallops with oyster mushroom duxelle and a sage mushroom sauce.
Porcini Mushrooms--Delicate Fettuccini tossed in a rich porcini cream sauce accented with slow braised cabernet short rib.
