There are two NY state senators who are sympathetic to this issue: Smith & Schneiderman They will act if they see their constituents demand them to act. I have signature cards made up for the constituents in the senators districts to sign saying they are opposed to REAL ID and the federal mandate of micro-chipping the public. Discussion should involve how best to get as many signature cards signed as possible so they can be given to our team in the state capitol who will then use it to lobby these senators into passing legislation to kill REAL ID/PASS ACT.
