Dog owners are urged to bring their four-legged friends to a free health clinic for dogs. Dogs will receive free vaccinations, identification tags and microchips while supplies last.
Dogs must be at least 8 weeks old to receive services and must be on a leash and cleaned up after.
The clinic is sponsored by the Mayor’s Alliance for NYC’s Animals (The Alliance), Low Cost Vet Mobile, ASPCA and Animal Care & Control of NYC.
In case of rain, the clinic will be open on Sunday, August 19th, 2012 from 10:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m.
New York City law requires that cats and dogs be vaccinated.
For more information, please go to www.animalalliancenyc.org.
Cost: Free but services will be provided on a first-come, first-served basis.
