On January 3, 2009, The Crossfit South Brooklyn Meetup group is invited to attend our weekly Intro class beginning at 11:15am. If you are looking for an amazing workout in a supportive environment and want to learn more about Crossfit come check us out. We'll be introducing you to some of the key elements involved in Crossfit (ex: kettlebell and calisthenic movements) and putting you through a safe, fun and rigorous workout. Come start the New Year off right! First timers welcome!!
