Description
If you would like an introduction to the fun world of cross country skiing, then join Team Toko?s own Ben Lund as he helps you decipher the different aspects of this sport. Ben will explain what you will need to get started as well as cover the basics of Nordic ski maintenance and tune-ups from tip to tail including hints on waxing for grip and glide.
