Cody said that he has been listening to Sam Cooke's music since the age of two. His parents used to play Sam's music all the time. His music was soulful, southern, bluesy, inspirational, cheerful, and passionate. It made you want to shout. Cody Childs & His trio want to bring that feeling back to audiences who crave the lengendary music of Sam Cooke.
