Caregiver Wellness Network

Are you or someone you know a caregiver who must face the often overwhelming demands of caring for a loved-one with kidney failure along with other health challenges such as: heart disease and amputation related diabetes? Spouses and partners are invited to join Donna Atherton a Caregiver Coach/Life Coach and caregiver. We provide a supportive and self place we provide a supportive and self place for sharing commonalities like: frustration, anger, losing interest in activities, feeling resentful, short tempered, increase use of alcohol, drugs, cigarettes, withdrawn from social contacts, decrease productivity at work, exhaustion, feeling helpless, and guilt. This meet-up is not a support group, instead for a group of people with similarities as caregivers, and a place to answer questions, as well as provide a host of resources and effective strategies to avoid burnout so; you can better support your loved one and maintain your well-being.
