Put on your dancing shoes and best ball gown. Gather under the chandelier, champagne in hand and join Chief Conductor Johannes Fritzsch and the Queensland Orchestra as they transport us back to the Imperial Age – to the grandeur of Tsarist Russia and the charm and opulence of old Vienna. Beginning in St Petersburg with a selection of favourite dances by Tchaikovsky, our courtly ensemble moves to Vienna for an irresistible sequence of favourite waltzes and polkas.
