Description
Free Community Yoga Class June 11th from 11:00 am – 12:15pm Offered every 2nd Saturday of the month This month’s class will feature an hour and a half of yoga, Pranayama (breathing technique), and meditation. We will follow with a relaxing Crystal Bowl Meditation. Come check out our yoga center, and enjoy a blissful yoga and meditation class. Meet other like minded students and enjoy a hot cup of tea. We look forward to seeing you.
