To Kill a Mockingbird
ABOUT THE SHOW
Adapted by Christopher Sergel from the novel by Harper Lee
The play, "To Kill a Mocking Bird," is a beautifully crafted adaptation of Harper Lee’s Pulitzer-prize winning novel of violent racial events in a small town in Alabama in 1935. A favorite with regional and academic companies, "To Kill a Mocking Bird" has become one of the most performed shows in the nation.
The Central Lakes College’s production is presented in- the- round in The Dryden Black Box Theatre with no member of the audience further than 12 feet from the action of this powerful stark drama. The company of 24 actors is directed by Dennis Lamberson , CLC Director of Theatre. The Dryden Theatre has brand new comfortable theatre seating. Get your tickets early as the theatre will seat only 100 patrons each night for this intimate production
