BIR Bracket Drag Racing at 5523 Birchdale Road

This weekend is one of the six-race Bracket Drag Racing Series, where more than 300 amateur drag racers from throughout the Upper Midwest will take on BIR’s quarter-mile drag strip as they compete for series points and prize money in 14 classes.

You’ll see dragsters, cars, trucks, bikes, snowmobiles and Junior Dragsters on the track. It’s exciting and competitive drag racing that can come down to hundredths of a second between first place and runner up.

On Friday, the drag strip will be open for a Test & Tune day. Qualifying is Saturday and final eliminations are Sunday.

Racing begins at 9 a.m. daily.

May 11-13
June 8-10
June 29-July 1 (Dual Event Weekend with Chump Car World Series)
July 20-22 (Dual Event Weekend with ZARS Riding School)
Aug 3-5 (Dual Event Weekend with CRA Superbike Racing)
