Keynote; Strategies for Building Strong Towns: How ordinary people can do extraordinary things. Chuck Marohn, President, Community Growth Institute
Local officials and their concerned residents are starting to realize that, if they want to make their community a better place, the responsibility is theirs. To some this is overwhelming, but to others it is liberating to redirect energy from pursuing outside assistance to making things happen locally. There are many things that even the smallest community can do to transform themselves into a strong town.
