The Library Book Club meets on Wednesday,
January 7 at 7:30 p.m. to discuss the Robert
Cormier classic, The Chocolate War.
Published in 1974, the novel tells the story of
a high school freshman who discovers the
devastating consequences of refusing to join
the school’s annual fund raising drive. All interested
readers are welcome to this informal
