Bradley Method® Natural Childbirth classes teach mothers and coaches to become advocates for their babies. The course consists of 10 to 12 weekly classes that focus on:

exercise
relaxation
consumerism
comfort techniques
postpartum care and more.


Our version of Bradley Method® classes are infused with videos, powerpoint presentations, guest speakers and lots of class participation.
