Come expand your backbend practice in this All Levels Workshop, co-taught by Octavia and Tamarie. Cost: $25 if registered by February 1, or $30 after. About the teacher: Tamarie is a Certified Iyengar Yoga teacher. For the last decade she has been a dedicated student of Senior Instructor Manouso Manos, and assisted him regularly for 5 years. She studies annually with Patricia Walden and Gloria Goldberg, and has traveled to Pune, India for extended periods of study with the Iyengar family. In addition to yoga, Tamarie maintains a daily meditation practice. Her teaching reflects compassion, humor, and her commitment to developing awareness and applying practice in daily life.
