Salsa Style & Technique for Follows (Salsa Style & Technique for Follows)

This class is all about the women. We have an hour and a half to really work on the following: Body Isolations Energetic Body Movement - practicing extension of arms and legs with intention and sass Turning/Spotting - practice makes perfect! Posture Footwork - technique and style patterns We will take the time to truly breakdown how to use our bodies and incorporate salsa technique and sass. Lots of repetition will help to embody our new understanding of how to move our bodies so we don't loose it from class to class. I will also work with follows on tips and suggestions on how to maintain the Salsa Connection with our dance partners to become the best looking, most responsive, confident follows out there!
