Event details: Rocky Mountain Chorale 30th Anniversary Concerts
Description
Rocky Mountain Chorale celebrates its 30th Anniversary with a specially commissioned new work entitled "Everlasting Voices," based on a poem by William Butler Yeats, written for chorus, piano and cello. Also to be performed are Rachmaninoff's "Ave Maria," the powerful "Horizons" from South Africa, and culminating with contemporary American jazz vocals and spirituals. Concerts will be held on Friday, Nov. 21 at 7:30 PM at 3700 Baseline (St. Andrews Presbyterian Church) and Saturday, Nov. 22 at 7:30 PM at 345 Mapleton Avenue (Seventh Day Adventist Church) in Boulder.
