Description
Tuesdays, Oct 13 - Nov 17 $132
With Darden Longenecker and Valerie Claymore. This class will focus on alternate climbing techniques, advancecd wraps, strength moves, intermediate drops and combining vocabulary into longer sequences. Learn to transition from one skill to the next with musicality and to maximize flow while conserving energy. A great class for taking your fabric skills to the next level. Students must have completed at least one Aerial Fabric Class and be able to climb 10-15 feet with ease.
