Event details: Film Screening: "Making Trouble"
Description
As part of CU's Jewish Studies culture program and in conjunction with the Boulder Jewish Community Center, we are proud to sponsor "Making Trouble: To be Funny, Jewish, and Female." The film chronicles the lives of six of the most famous and funny Jewish comediennes of stage and screen. Dr. Caryn Aviv of the University of Denver will introduce the film and host a talk-back afterwards to discuss the role humor plays in Jewish culture.
