SharePoint 2010 Features and Functions with Adam Ball of PEI

Adam Ball, Infrastructure Manager/Senior Infrastructure Engineer for PEI (a technology consultancy and service provider in Boulder, CO), will give a presentation on the features and functions of Microsoft SharePoint 2010. This talk will include an overview of the SharePoint system, the different versions of SharePoint 2010, and a brief look at the top features. It will include information about how companies routinely utilize SharePoint 2010 to enable their employees to collaborate and communicate more effectively. The presentation will also compare the differences between SharePoint 2010 On-Premises and Office365 (SharePoint Online).

The event will include a raffle of books on Microsoft SharePoint that O'Reilly Media has generously provided.

Adam Ball is PEI's Infrastructure Manager/Senior Infrastructure Engineer. He currently serves as a Microsoft VTSP. The Microsoft Virtual Technology Specialist Program (VTSP) is a select group chosen from the elite in Microsoft's partner community, whose focus is to augment Microsoft's internal Technology Specialist team.Their primary role is to communicate the value of Microsoft Solutions to customers and to provide architectural guidance for Enterprise Integration solutions.
