Colleen Stanley, President, Sales Leadership, Inc

Colleen is president of SalesLeadership, Inc., a sales and management training firm. They are experts in new business development and work with small to mid-size companies in improving the effectiveness of their sales team. Colleen is the creator of the EI Selling System, a powerful selling program that integrates emotional intelligence with consultative selling skills. Clients applying the methodology and strategies consistently show a 20% to 30% increase in revenues.

Colleen is a columnist for the Business Journals across the United States, author of 'Motivational Selling' and author of the award winning book, 'Growing Great Sales Teams: Lessons from the Cornfield.' She was the featured speaker on sales at the 2006 New York Times Small Business Summit and was chosen from over 3,000 speakers to present at the National Speakers Association Conference in August, 2008. Prior to starting SalesLeadership, Colleen was vice president of sales and marketing for Varsity Spirit Corporation. During her 10 years at Varsity, sales increased from 8M to 90M. Varsity was named by Forbes Magazine as one of the 200 fastest growing companies in the United States. She serves on the board for the Tennyson Center for Children, Association for Corporate Growth, Intuitive Insurance and is President of the Colorado National Speakers Association.


Phi Filerman, Principal, SustainIt, LLC

Phi is the founder and principal of SustainIt, LLC. SustainIt works with clients to implement green building and operations strategies that add value to their business, including LEED certification. She brings professional experience in green building consulting, sustainability education, business management, and real estate development which allows her to work effectively with clients to identify and implement strategies that support their goals.

Phi has successfully guided teams to achieving LEED Gold and Silver certifications for New Construction and Existing Buildings: Operations and Maintenance. As the Marketing and Sustainability Coordinator for Perry Rose, an early pioneer in sustainable real estate development, Phi worked on communicating the value of sustainability and implemented green building strategies for commercial tenants. She has also trained Fortune 500 executives on the importance of sustainability to the long term viability of their businesses. Since starting SustainIt, she has broadened her work to include the development of regional green building codes and programs and implementing LEED for Existing Buildings: Operations and Maintenance certifications. Before entering the green building and sustainability field, Phi was the Vice President of a telecommunications consulting company and worked in the Internet industry.

She holds an MBA and Masters in Environmental Studies from the University of Colorado in Boulder where she pioneered the joint MBA/ENVS masters degree. She is on the board for the Boulder Green Building Guild and is a LEED Accredited Professional.
