About the class: Mixes traditional CrossFit workouts with sports conditioning drills and lots of partner exercises; taught in BootCamp format. Emphasis is more on cardio, bodyweight drills, and light lifting. Class meets inside and goes outside weather permitting. Mostly inside during the winter. About the teacher: CEO/Personal TrainerCori Di Donato holds her B.S. in Corporate Communications from Ithaca College, her CSCS (Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist) from NSCA, and is a Certified Personal Trainer through NSCA, the National Strength and Conditioning Association. Cori also holds a Certificate in Plant-Based Nutrition from Cornell University & The T. Colin Campbell Foundation. Cori ran collegiate Track and Field and is a licensed youth soccer coach. She is also a GroupX certified instructor through 24 Hour Fitness and is a former gymnast. Cori is also our studio's owner, so any complaints or great things you want to say about us to management please direct to her.
