Join us for the launch of a new cookbook,Local Flavor: Waltham, which celebrates the city's culinary heritage and dining scene. Enjoy food samples, meet author Dan Yaeger, and purchase a cookbook to benefit Waltham charities.
Local Flavor: Waltham features more than 200 recipes from Waltham's restaurants and top home chefs, plus stories about the industrial city's ethnic dining traditions. At the launch event, enjoy samples of recipes contributed from the city's restaurants, mingle with contributors, meet author Dan Yaeger, and buy a signed copy of the cookbook.
Proceeds benefit More Than Words, a non-profit bookstore, art gallery, and community space run by disadvantaged youth.
