Start Point Address / Driving Directions:
15 State Street, Boston, MA (across from the Old State House) Open daily 9 AM--5 PM. Closed New Year's and Thanksgiving. Refer to the Boston Freedom Trail walk for directions to the start location. Event Description: This walk explores Boston's less known sites experienced only by the "natives". The route includes a stroll along the Charles River, a 961 acre reservation; passes the Hatch Memorial Shell, famous for its summer concerts; and offers magnificent vistas of Boston's skyline. The route is on city sidewalks and paved trails suitable for wheelchairs and strollers.
