Subodh will be leading this week. This week we'll go through the very basics of meditation, and then have a couple of silent sittings. Ideal for beginners, but there will be enough silent time to keep the experienced meditators happy. As always, the meditation will be simple, secular and guru-free. And if that doesn't sort you out, perhaps the drinks afterwards at a bar in Central Square will! $ 10 donation suggested to help cover costs (room hire) We have chairs, but bring along a cushion if you'd like to sit on the floor.
