The last meet up we had at Greater Boston Buddhist Cultural Center was really good. We had some very good discussion regarding Buddhism and Taoism. There were only 3 of us there, and I'm not sure if we could have had such a philosophical conversation with a much larger group. At least not on that level. I had some home work to do after that meeting let me tell you! So I guess both big groups and small groups have their advantages sometimes. The lunch is VERY inexpensive. I think it was $6.95 for the buffet. The food is delicious and they have an exceptional array of tea to choose from. I'm asking for a $2 per member donation to help out toward the $72 per 6 months fee, Meetup charges to run this site. I hope to see everyone there and we'll be discussing visiting other groups in the area for some of their upcoming special events.
