The 2009 Grand Rapids Jaycees Santa Parade will be themed âA Storybook Christmas.â The parade, which serves as a traditional kickoff to the holiday season, will move through downtown Grand Rapids on Nov. 21. Start time is 9 a.m. Parade information, including entrant applications and sponsorship opportunities, is available at www.santaparadegr.com.
