Ages: Toddlers, Kids, Adults
In/Outdoor: Outdoor
Enjoy an evening of great music with family and neighbors, features a dance floor for the kids, food vendors, raffles and more! Bring a blanket or chair, sit back, and enjoy the show. Concerts are 6:30 - 8:30 p.m. on the Framingham Centre Common.
Many families choose to bring a picnic to round an evening of family fun. Restrooms, Food, & Concession Stand are all right there on the green. Assistive Listening Devices are also available.

July 3, 2009 Dianne Shea and the Suburbanaires--- (Big band) Happy Fourth !!!!!
July 10, 2009 Nobscot (local band that opened for Chicago)
July 17, 2009 Tailspin (this band plays all our favorites and gets better every year)
July 24, 2009 Sgt. Dan Clark (A memorable evening is in store for everyone there that night)
July 31, 2009 Help !! (This sixty's mop head cover band drew over two thousand people last year, come early.)
Funding
While the concerts are run under the auspices of the Town of Framingham by Jim Egan, Director of Town Building Services, the funding is through donations. The bands, set-up expenses, and personnel are all paid for by donations. The Framingham Auxiliary Police donate their time to keep people attending the concerts safe by providing crossing guards.
They can still use more funding and, if enough donations make it in on time, extend the concerts into August.
This year there will be a table collecting donations for the Concerts for August and next year's series. Or, you can send your checks to: Town of Framingham - Concert Fund, 150 Concord St, Framingham, MA 01702.
