Description
We meet on Saturday Mornings from May through October for group training runs. A typical Saturday morning consists of a brief seminar on topics related to training, an ability based group run, followed by socializing and q&a with your group coach. The triathlon group meets on Wednesday evenings in addition to Saturday mornings. And the ATP (Advanced Training Program) meets two nights per week in addition to Saturday mornings.
