Collaborating Towards a Sustainable Future: Green Asset-Based Community Development Initiative Unfolds

We Are BOOST will facilitate Green Noise, Pt. 4: From Gray to Green - Collaborating for Personal and Business Advancement into Sustainable Careers and Enterprises from 10:30am until 12:30pm at Beanwood Coffee Latin Bistro, located at 222 Farnsworth Avenue in Bordentown. , New Jersey.

We Are BOOST invites you to join the Filtering the Green Noise Learning Community (GNLC). The purpose of the GNLC is to create a collaborative of individuals, organizations, businesses, institutions and agencies that will work together in thinking through the challenges and opportunities associated with emerging environmental economy.

Together, we will highlight, promote and work to advance programs, projects and policies that lend themselves to increasing green technology education and awareness, as well as identify and share resources that we use to advance our personal and business goals and objectives. In addition, we will collaboratively plan, promote, and coordinate educational forums and public awareness events.

At the Sunday, December 13 alignment meeting, we will:

1) Review pre-seminar needs and interests surveys and post-seminar
feedback as a group
2) Determine individual goals, objectives and desired outcomes from the
collaborative
3) Share funding and informational resources to help the individual create a
range of options
4) Explore potential points of collaboration between individuals who share
similar goals and interests
5) Establish working groups/buddy-system to identify fund and
informational resources for individual and collaborative pursuits
6) Assign tasks and set up reporting procedures

Green Noise Part 4 will have limited seating capacity (30) and is intended for those who attended parts 1, 2 and 3 and their invited guests. Participants can invite up to two guests for Part 4. However, interested persons or parties who did not attend one or more of the previous Green Noise forums are welcome to get engaged.
