Adirondack Integral Life Practice Group Meetup

We will do a meditation and some intention setting, maybe have some tea while we work on developing and enacting an ILP (Life Practice). We can have discussion on ways to enrich and practicalize the process of our own personal evolution. Since most people are unsure of what shadow work is, which a therapy tool for recognizing and smoothing out our hidden pitfalls, we can bring that to light. If there are yoga practitioners, some time can be spent doing a vinyassa.
