The Oneness Meditation, with Guide Doug Bently from the Oneness University in India, is a gentle, but powerful experience. The meditation promotes stillness, self-awareness, and a sense of connection to the world and people around you. This is an easy and effective way to achieve personal growth, spiritual deepening, and freedom from old patterns of thought and behavior.

Leraine Horstmanshoff starts each meditation session with her amazing Spirit centered songs and live music including piano, acoustic guitar and didgeridoo.
