Eco-Watch: Get on the Environmental Cutting Edge at Gumbo Limbo Nature Center

Eco-Watch, Gumbo Limbos popular lecture series, is back for Winter/Spring 2012 Are you interested in learning about the natural world around us Join us on the first and third Wednesdays of the month (from January 18 May 2). The program takes place in Gumbo Limbos classroom starting at 7:00 pm. Talks are followed by light refreshments and a chance to talk to the speaker. Eco-Watch talks are recommended for ages 14 and up, and an adult must attend with children under the age of 18. Reservations accepted but not required (561) 338-1542. There is no required fee to attend a talk; however donations (suggested $5 donation per person) are accepted to help offset the cost of the program. Check website for speaker and topic information.
