Classes begin August 31st, 2009 with free 1-hour Introduction to Yoga at 11:00 AM, 1:00 PM, 3:00 PM and 6:00 PM! Weekly schedule (1-hour classes) Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at 10:00 AM, 1:00 PM and 6:00 PM Saturdays at 11:00 AM and 1:00 PM Our yoga classes are suitable for all levels of practitioners. All classes are a rich blend of many yogic styles and focus on alignment, breath awareness & graceful flow through balanced series of postures. Price List First class FREE for new members! Walk In Fee $6.00 1-Month Unlimited $40.00 10-Punch Card $50.00 Punch Cards are transferable but non-refundable & expire after 6 months.
