SOS Fall 2012 - Tuesday Evening Class

Please join us Tuesday evenings starting on September 11th from 6:30 to 8:30 PM. 

This small group will be studying James:  Live Wisely by Bill Hybels with Kevin & Sherry Harney, which is a New Community Bible Series.  Below is an outline of what will be covered in the six sessions.

Session 1: Developing Perseverance - James 1:1-4

Session 2: Overcoming Destructive Desires - James 1:13-18

Session 3: How Good is Good Enough? - James 2:8-13

Session 4: Developing Christian Confidence - James 2: 14-26

Session 5: The Power of Words - James 3:1-12

Session 6: The Power of Prayer - James 5:13-20

Additional teaching may be supplemented from Beth Moore and her study on James.

Feel free to invite a friend to come along with you!  All women in the Bloomington/Normal area, regardless of church background, are welcome.  We'd love to have you join us! 

ATTENTION MOMS:

For the evening class, we ask that you make your own childcare arrangements.  A list of potential childcare helpers that could care for your children in your home are available upon request.
