Format: presentation with panel of triathletes for Q&A. If you are looking for a fun triathlon to get involved with, the YWCA Women's Triathlon is a great event that takes place on Lake Nokomis on August 12th. It is a great event for first time triathletes. They are also always in need of volunteers to help run the event.
