    Everyone ages 2 and older must have a ticket to attend. Children UNDER the age of 2 can sit on a ticket holder's lap, free of charge. Car seats are not allowed unless a ticket is purchased for the car seat. Strollers are not allowed.

Purchasing tickets outside of Ticketmaster and the Bismarck Civic Center may result in fraudulent tickets, or tickets that cannot be used for entry.
