Description
A Level 1 Vinyasa yoga class accessible to new beginners through early intermediate yoga students. I lead a loosely-structured vinyasa flow series, emphasizing breath as well as presence of mind and spirit. Short meditations and some breathwork are integrated into each class; hands-on adjustments and modifications with props are provided as needed. I aim to cultivate a non-judgmental environment in which all practitioners, from new beginners to more intermediate students, can feel safe and supported as they challenge themselves to move more deeply into their practice.
