Hornsby was a member of the Grateful Dead 1990-92, performing in more than 100 concerts and appearing on four Dead album releases. His most recent recordings, a bluegrass record with Ricky Skaggs and a jazz album with Christian McBride, again continue to showcase his diverse talent.
