Basic Bike Education in One Hour for children and adults Great for anyone, especially if you are about to buy a bike, about to ride for the first time in a long time, or if you are a parent with a child just learning to ride. You will learn about helmet & bike fit, types of bikes and the right bike for you and your needs. You will learn the essential parts of the bike and what to check before starting any bike ride. We have a traffic-free skills course to acquaint (or re-acquaint) yourself with riding a bike confidently under the guidance of an experienced instructor. Includes a safety check of your bike.
