Baby Bash and Bling Expo & Show is an interactive lifestyle expo celebrating expecting moms! Discover new and interesting parenting tools, health and safety products, fashion trends, nutrition tips, baby furnishing while viewing the "Bump the Runway"TM maternity fashion show and enjoying an afternoon of signature Pregginista PunchTM, swag bags, hors d'oeuvres and an opportunity to visit our custom Sweet Treats Station and Healthy Snacks Bar to satisfy your bump cravings. Our participating vendors will create lavish exhibit displays showcasing their products so that you can easily see everything that they have to offer for your new bundle of joy. Pamper yourself in our Luxury Lounge which includes services in the GlamBar.

Looking to promote your product or service, unique and relevant within Décor, Eco-Friendly, Education, Financial, Health, Apparel & Gifts, Gear, Maternity, Style and Fashion, Nutrition, Safety & Wellness for moms, new moms, baby, toddler or maternity market?
This target market is renewable every year and we hope to attract visitors on their first baby and impress them so much they will return when they are pregnant on their second and third babies!

· Vendors are expected to place the event and/or link to event on their sites, blogs/social networking pages.
· Premium vendor space; located in prime exhibit space.
· Company name, logo and web link featured in Expo program and BBB website.
· Recognized in Expo Program as Premier Vendor.
· Social media coverage for Premier Vendor posted on BBB Facebook and Twitter pages.
· Live tweets about your company posted on Twitter page.
· Once payment is confirmed, vendors will receive an email confirmation and Vendor Agreement.
"Pickles & Ice Cream" = $299.00 {Associate Vendor}
· 6' skirted table, 2 chairs & 1 waste basket.
· Vendors are expected to place the event and/or link to event on their sites, blogs/social networking pages. · Company name listed in Expo program and BBB website.
· Complete social media coverage for Associate Vendor posted on Twitter.
· Once payment is confirmed, vendors will receive an email confirmation and Vendor Agreement.
"Maternity Mayhem" = $199.00 {Standard Vendor}
· 6' skirted table, 2 chairs & 1 waste basket.
· Vendors are expected to place the event and/or link the event on their sites, blogs/social networking pages.
· Only company name listed in Expo program and BBB website.
· Once payment is confirmed, vendors will receive an email confirmation and Vendor Agreement.
Swag Bag Contributor = $59.00 {Products or Samples ONLY}

· Contribute your unique products to our V.I.P. (Very Important Pregginista) and General Admission gift bags and keep your company in the hands of attendees.
· Capture a targeted audience by inserting a product or sample into the official swag bag.
· All attendees will receive a show bag.
· Once confirmed, Swag Bag Contributors will receive an email on where to ship items.

· We will place your donated gift basket, gift certificate, product or special gift into the selected winner's hands. The giveaways will be during the "Bump the Runway"TM maternity fashion show.
